This is a pretty simple DBS mod that allows you to add 2 nifty features to your DBS. Namely, the STEAL and SCAN command. As usual, this requires you to have some variable and switch knowledge. The percentage rate for stealing is set to 50 and can be raised or lowered to your liking.
