Download Here
ANYWAYS... take the picture you want to use instead of the ASCII picture...
Make sure it is exactly 320 x 240
Use Irfanview to do this...
Download Here
After you open it up hold CTRL and R and set it to those (320 x 240) settings.
Make sure Preserve Aspect Ratio check box is BLANK...
Click the IMAGE option and scroll down to decrease color depth. 256 is perfect, so hit OK.
Save it in your PICTURES folder of RM2k3 as a PNG image, then open RM2K3.
Use the import tool to import a new resource, choose PICTURES folder
THIS PART IS THE MOST IMPORTANT!!! YOU MUST IMPORT IT AS AN XYZ IMAGE!!!
You can do so, by filling in the circle next to .XYZ.
Now open RMRecker
At the bottom you'll see the words Executable to patch. Press the ... button and select your version of RPG_RT
Click LOGO 1 then click the BLUE PICTURE in the middle that says Load Image. Choose your .XYZ file that you imported from RM2k3...
Now press the PATCH button.
There...
